William Rogers set up and headed the development team of one of the UK’s largest property advisors and led the sale of some of London’s most well-known development sites. These included: Brook House, Park Lane; Harrods Depository, Barnes; Marathon House, Marylebone; Chelsea Bridge Wharf; Grosvenor Waterside, Westminster; and the 2 former Magistrates Courts on Horseferry Road and Marylebone Road.
WsR brings all of that development expertise to the benefit of clients in both consultancy and agency roles. Recent projects have included development land negotiation for the air rights and easements on a 280 unit residential scheme in Westminster.
