An investment sale by WsR of a freehold block of 8 flats, just to the South of Clapham Common. WsR undertook a targeted campaign on behalf of the vendor Kitewood and the building sold to a consortium of Hong Kong/UK buyers. Contracts were exchanged within 3 weeks

The building comprised of 9 fully let flats and 2 commercial units and was purchased from the high profile investment group Residential Land plc. WsR advised its client on the offer and bidding strategy and the property was secured following an ‘attended’ exchange of contracts by the purchaser’s solicitors within 6 hours.

Acting on behalf of Westminster City Council, WsR advised upon the exercise of an option agreement to purchase a 150 unit Ground rent portfolio within this major Thames side development by Berkeley Group’s St James Homes.
