WsR advised its client on the offer and bidding strategy and the property was secured following an ‘attended’ exchange of contracts by the purchaser’s solicitors within 6 hours.

Acting on behalf of Westminster City Council, WsR advised upon the exercise of an option agreement to purchase a 150 unit Ground rent portfolio within this major Thames side development by Berkeley Group’s St James Homes.
