Consultancy and PRS advice is being provided by WsR to the Kitewood Group on its new development of 308 units. The scheme attracted significant interest from the PRS sector, given its proximity to the Crossrail station and which is certain to become a highly successful rental location when Crossrail becomes operational in 2018.
