A sale by WsR on behalf of CL Residential (Managers of the Charterhouse Fund). WsR were appointed as the sole agents and sold this unbroken freehold block of 18 flats following a targeted marketing campaign with a closing advertisement in the Estates Gazette. Response from the marketing was excellent with interest shown by Investment buyers from throughout the UK, as well as from overseas (the Middle East and Hong Kong). Grainger plc was the successful purchaser.
