WsR is headed by William Rogers MRICS and was founded in 2009. William Rogers is a leading adviser and agent in the residential sector, having specialised in the market for over 30 years. During that time he worked with some of the most respected company names in this field. He has accumulated experience across all of the principal markets and locations including Prime and ‘Superprime’ central London, in addition to the general Greater London area.
William has been consulted as an expert witness on the valuation of individual properties and development sites throughout London. In the Investment arena, work undertaken has encompassed the whole of the UK.
WsR has achieved exceptional results executing sale mandates for clients on investment portfolios as well as serviced apartment blocks. WsR is frequently appointed by clients in an acquisition capacity and has successfully acquired various investment blocks, sometimes in competition, but also off-market.
